Mike Goossen is the CEO of the successful leadership development consulting firm Columns 4 Success. Prior to starting his own company, Mike was CFO and CEO of the Central California Blood Bank. 

During the Academy, Mike is going to share his insight into working with nonprofits and their leadership teams. He'll also share about how to plan and execute leadership workshops.
